The Louisiana Office of the Attorney General (AG) is pleased to announce the availability of a new Louisiana MSA Compliance system with electronic filing for monthly MSA reports. Electronic filing improves the accuracy and speed of filings to minimize rework or delays in submitting the required MSA reports. Together with SICPA, the solution provider, the Office of the Attorney General Tobacco Unit will conduct three online training sessions for wholesalers to ensure a smooth transition to this new reporting system. Any individual responsible for submitting monthly MSA reports to the AG’s office should attend one of these training sessions:
- Tuesday, October 4 at 9:00 am CST
- Thursday, October 6 at 12:00 pm CST
- Monday, October 10 at 3:00 pm CST
